Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a high-resolution spectrometer, which is characterized in that a light splitting element in the spectrometer is set as a grating, a plurality of detectors are arranged, and sensor planes of the plurality of detectors are respectively arranged on imaging surfaces of different-order diffraction spectrums of the grating; the wavebands of the corresponding spectrums attached to each sensor plane are different, so that each sensor plane can be more effectively attached to the imaging surface of the spectrums of the corresponding partial wavebands, and the resolution of each detector in the corresponding partial wavebands is effectively ensured; after detection is completed, detection signals of all the detectors are spliced, and since the sum of wavebands of corresponding spectrums attached to planes of all the sensors covers the full wavebands of the detectors, the spliced signals are equivalent to the full wavebands of the detectors, the resolution of the full wavebands of the detectors |
