The upper clamping assembly comprises a first upper clamping block, a second upper clamping block, a second fastening component and a driving assembly. The first upper clamping block and the second upper clamping block are both rotationally connected with a transverse roller and a longitudinal roller. The first upper clamping block is fixedly connected with a first light display plate which corresponds to the first laser transmitter and is provided with scales.
