Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of steel for steel fibers, and particularly relates to a high-uniformity and high-drawing-performance steel fiber hot-rolled wire rod. The alloy comprises the following main components in percentage by weight: 0.005 to 0.015 percent of C, 0.40 to 0.60 percent of Si, 0.80 to 1.00 percent of Mn, 0.005 to 0.010 percent of Al, 0.050 to 0.060 percent of Ti, less than or equal to 0.015 percent of P and S, and less than or equal to 0.10 percent of Cr, Ni and Cu. Through optimization of component design, a smelting process and controlled rolling and controlled cooling, the microstructure uniformity of the steel fiber hot-rolled wire rod is improved, the high-uniformity steel fiber hot-rolled wire rod with the same tensile strength fluctuation value being smaller than or equal to 10 MPa is obtained, the drawing performance of the steel fiber hot-rolled wire rod is greatly improved, steel wires with the diameter being smaller than 0.30 mm are continuously drawn through the s
