In order to solve the problem of how to quickly obtain a large number of germ spores for infection in the process of artificially culturing entomogenous fungus combined cordyceps sinensis, magnesium aluminum silicate is added into a cordyceps sinensis culture medium to induce cordyceps sinensis to efficiently generate the germ spores, a cordyceps sinensis inoculation mother solution is inoculated into the culture medium added with 1.0-5.0 g/L of magnesium aluminum silicate, and the germ spores for infection are quickly obtained. Within the spore collection time (25-45 days), the sporulation quantity of the culture medium added with the magnesium aluminum silicate is increased by 4-14 times compared with that of the culture medium without the magnesium aluminum silicate, the optimal addition amount is 2.0-3.5 g/L, and the sporulation quantity can be averagely increased by about 10 times |
