The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing a biomass material, a compatibilizer, a carbon-forming agent and a thermoplastic elastomer, mixing at the temperature of 80-180 DEG C, and carrying out hot press molding to obtain a biomass/thermoplastic elastomer composite material film; the method comprises the following steps: pre-stretching an elastomer composite material film, then carrying out laser direct writing, recovering pre-stretching after laser direct writing, preparing a flexible circuit on the surface of the composite material, and packaging to obtain the flexible sensing device.
