Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a vehicle air conditioner and transportation refrigerator duplex system. The vehicle air conditioner and transportation refrigerator duplex system comprises an air conditioner compressor, a refrigerator compressor, an outdoor heat exchanger, an air conditioner indoor heat exchanger, two throttling devices, a gas-liquid separator, a refrigerator evaporator and a subcooler. An air-conditioning loop and a refrigerating loop are formed respectively; in the air conditioner loop, the output side of a first tube pass of an outdoor heat exchanger is connected with a first branch, the output side of a first throttling device is connected with a second branch, the first branch is provided with a first stop valve, the second branch is provided with a second stop valve, and the output sides of the first stop valve and the second stop valve are converged and then connected with a third throttling device. The third throttling device is connected with a condensation pipeline inlet of the subcooler, an
