The visual channel endoscope comprises a visual channel, a lens, a light source, a guide rod and an expansion tube, the visual channel comprises a surgical operation channel, a lens clamping groove and a fixed connecting part. The lens clamping groove is used for fixing the camera assembly part, and the two sides of the lens clamping groove are each provided with a light source hole used for fixing a cold light source. The surgical operation channel is a top-bottom equal-size channel with external threads, so that an operator can conveniently screw in and out the soft tissue, and the extrusion and damage of the channel to the tissue are reduced.
