Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a making method of hippophae rhamnoides leaf and wheat mixed flour, which comprises the following steps: S1, picking fresh hippophae rhamnoides leaves manually from May to the end of July every year; s2, impurities and hippophae rhamnoides stems of the hippophae rhamnoides leaves picked in the step S1 are removed manually, the hippophae rhamnoides leaves with the impurity rate lower than 3% o are obtained, and then the hippophae rhamnoides leaves are cleaned through a cleaning machine; and S3, placing the sea-buckthorn leaves cleaned in the S2 in a shade place for natural drying in the shade until the sea-buckthorn leaves with the water content lower than 3% are obtained. The prepared flour is high in nutritional value, and enables people to have more appetite.
