A battery pack body of the lithium battery, the temperature adjusting mechanism and a buffer mechanism are arranged in an isolation space between the inner wall of a protection box and the battery pack body. The temperature adjusting mechanism comprises a temperature sensor, a draught fan, an isolation plate, a heat preservation assembly and a driving assembly. The heat preservation assembly comprises a heat preservation plate. According to the efficient temperature control lithium battery disclosed by the invention, when the temperature of the external environment is relatively high, the fan drives external gas to be discharged into the protection box from the air inlet holes, so that air flow in the protection box is accelerated, and heat dissipation is enhanced.
