Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a construction and statistical method of an early prediction model for TBI postoperative total bad prognosis, and relates to the technical field of medical surgery. Comprising the following steps: 1, splitting and comparing modeling data and internal verification data; and 2, analyzing predictive factors of death of the TBI patient within 30 days after the I-stage DC operation, and establishing a Logistic regression model. According to the invention, the prediction model can be simply, conveniently and directly applied clinically.
