Two-pass heat exchanger with calibration bypass

A two-pass heat exchanger with a calibration bypass for cooling a heat generating substrate and/or heating a heat transfer fluid is disclosed. The heat exchanger has first and second outer panel walls and an intermediate panel wall located between and spaced apart from the outer panel walls in a thickness dimension of the heat exchanger, and has an inlet port and an outlet port at a same end. An input flow passage is defined between the first outer panel wall and the intermediate panel wall, and a return flow passage is defined between the second outer panel wall and the intermediate panel wall. The first fluid flowing channel and the second fluid flowing channel flow in a U shape and are arranged in a stacked mode. At least one bypass opening extends through the intermediate plate wall between the input flow passage and the return flow passage and is configured to allow a portion of the heat transfer fluid bypass through portions of the input flow passage and the return flow passage. 公开了一种用于冷却发热基板和/或加热热传递流体的
