Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a preparation method of a mixed supramolecular fluorescent nanoprobe system. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a beta-cyclodextrin polymer; (2) preparing an adamantane derivatization nucleic acid aptamer; (3) preparing adamantane derivatized folic acid; (4) preparing a self-assembled supramolecular fluorescent nano probe targeted by the nucleic acid aptamer; (5) preparing a folic acid targeted self-assembled supramolecular fluorescent nanoprobe; and (6) mixing the nano-probes prepared in the step (4) and the step (5) to obtain the mixed supramolecular fluorescent nano-probe system.
