The method comprises the following steps: reacting a phosphine-sulfur compound R1R2R3PS with a metal reducing agent in an inert gas or nitrogen atmosphere in the absence of a solvent or in a non-polar hydrocarbon solvent at the temperature of 0-250 DEG C, and after the reaction is finished, separating and purifying to obtain the organic phosphine R1R2R3P, wherein R1, R2 and R3 are independently selected from aromatic or fat substituents, and at least one of R1, R2 and R3 is an aromatic substituent.
