Experiments prove that the Megastigman compound can inhibit lipid accumulation in an oleic acid-induced HepG2 high-fat cell model and reduce the content of total cholesterol (TC) and total triglyceride (TG) in the HepG2 high-fat cell model, and can be used as a blood fat reducing drug. 本发明提供了Megastigmane类化合物及其制备方法和应用。本发明通过实验证实，Megastigmane类化合物可抑制油酸诱导的HepG2高脂细胞模型中的脂质积累，降低HepG2高脂细胞模型中的总胆固醇(TC)、总甘油三酯(TG)含量，可作为降血脂药物。
