Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of metal stamping, and relates to a forming process of a multi-step convex hull sheet, which comprises the following steps of: punching a positioning hole, pre-trimming, raising, shaping, accurately cutting and blanking, in the shaping step, a plurality of upper punches and a plurality of lower punches which are arranged in a staggered mode are adopted for overpressure shaping, one of the upper punches abuts against the datum plane and each step face, and the lower punches are used for abutting against the turning positions of the convex hulls and the datum plane. According to the method, the position of each step surface can be corrected after the multi-step convex hull is formed, stress is released by adopting an overpressure shaping method, and the final structure of the sheet meets the size requirement.
