Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a preparation method of a gel composite scaffold for cartilage tissue repair, which comprises the following steps: (1) loading KGN into PELA electrospun fibers by using an electrospinning method to obtain KGN-PELA fibers; the preparation method comprises the following steps: loading GDF-5 into a PCL (Polycaprolactone) electrospun fiber to obtain a GDF-5-PCL fiber; the lengths of the two electrospun fibers are controlled to be not higher than 100 microns; and (2) adding hydroformylated hyaluronic acid and succinylated chitosan into a PBS (Phosphate Buffer Solution), adding KGN-PELA fibers and GDF-5-PCL fibers, and reacting to obtain the gel composite scaffold.
