Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of nerve regeneration biology, in particular to a cable-shaped decellularized nerve scaffold as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The method specifically comprises the following steps: (1) mixing nerves with washing liquid, and shaking; (2) washing the nerves obtained in the step (1) with a 4 * PBS buffer solution, a 2 * PBS buffer solution and a 1 * PBS buffer solution in sequence; (3) mixing the nerves obtained in the step (2) with DNaseI, washing with a 1 * PBS buffer solution, and storing with the 1 * PBS buffer solution; and (4) performing radiation sterilization on the nerves obtained in the step (3).
