Preparation method of semen allii tuberosi extract for inhibiting glucose 6-phosphate dehydrogenase

The invention discloses a preparation method and application of a semen allii tuberosi extract for inhibiting glucose 6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD). The semen allii tuberosi extract is obtained by extracting and purifying semen allii tuberosi, the activity of the semen allii tuberosi extract is evaluated by adopting an in-vitro screening model of an anti-tumor natural product based on inhibition of the glucose 6-phosphate dehydrogenase, and a result shows that the semen allii tuberosi extract has a good application prospect. The semen allii tuberosi extract prepared by the invention has a remarkable inhibiting effect on G6PD, and a method is provided for application of the semen allii tuberosi extract as an antitumor drug and an action mechanism of the semen allii tuberosi extract. 本发明公开了一种抑制6-磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶(G6PD)的韭菜子提取物的制备方法及其应用，本发明从韭菜子中提取、纯化得到韭菜子提取物，并采用基于6-磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶抑制的抗肿瘤天然产物体外筛选模型对其活性进行评价，结果显示，本发明制备的韭菜子提取物对G6PD具有显著的抑制作用，为韭菜子提取物作为抗肿瘤药物用途及其作用机制提供了方法。
