Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a medicinal and edible plant composition and a preparation method thereof. The plant composition is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1 to 10 parts of kelp, 1 to 10 parts of radix puerariae, 1 to 6 parts of fructus crataegi, 1 to 4 parts of lotus leaves and 1 to 5 parts of mulberries. Aiming at the problems that plant cell walls are difficult to degrade, insufficient in absorption and utilization and high in starch content, the invention discloses a method for treating a plant compound by utilizing a composite enzymolysis technology, and the release of functional factors and the absorption and utilization of active oligosaccharides and oligopeptides are improved through biotransformation, so that the nutritional and health-care values of the plant composition are improved. The plant composition is helpful for improving the symptoms of brain fog, and can be used for preparing medicines and functional foods for improving the symptoms of brain fog.
