The light guide panel includes a bottom substrate and a light scattering layer disposed on at least one of a top surface and a bottom surface of the bottom substrate, the light scattering layer having a matrix forming a layer on the bottom substrate and light scattering particles dispersed in the matrix. The first portion of the light scattering layer is remote from the light incident surface of the bottom substrate.
