The invention relates to a metal wire forming device which is provided with a rack, a shaping and feeding mechanism and a transfer forming mechanism, the shaping and feeding mechanism is assembled on the rack and provided with a first shaping part and a second shaping part, and the shaping directions of the first shaping part and the second shaping part on a metal wire are different; a wire outlet nozzle and a shearing assembly are arranged on the discharging side of the second shaping part, the wire outlet nozzle intermittently leads out a metal wire with a certain length in the set direction, the shearing assembly shears the metal wire led out by the wire outlet nozzle, and the transfer forming mechanism is assembled at the discharging end of the rack and located on the downstream portion of the shaping feeding mechanism.
