The strain is obtained by taking a saccharomyces cerevisiae strain Sa-10 as an original strain and adopting a mutagenesis screening method of compounding diethyl sulfate and normal-temperature and normal-pressure plasma (ARTP). The strain EnhSa-13 is preserved in the China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center (CGMCC), and the preservation number is CGMCC NO.24946. The strain EnhSa-13 is named as EnhSa-13.
