The single-component high-performance insulating epoxy glue is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30 to 50 parts of epoxy resin, 1 to 3 parts of latent curing agent, 0.5 to 1 part of accelerant, 1 to 10 parts of diluent, 0 to 1 part of coupling agent, 40 to 60 parts of filler and 1 to 5 parts of toughening agent. The invention also provides a preparation method of the epoxy glue.
