Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a low-temperature-resistant low-water-absorption low-expansion modified nylon material and a preparation method thereof. The modified nylon material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of nylon 66, 40-60 parts of nylon 610, 40-60 parts of polycarbonate, 6-14 parts of a toughening agent and 0.5-1 part of an antioxidant. The water absorption rate of the modified nylon material is as low as 0.25%, and the water absorption rate is relatively low; meanwhile, the low-temperature performance of the modified nylon material is superior to the normal-temperature performance, the low-temperature characteristic is better, and the linear expansion coefficient of the modified nylon material can be as low as 21 * 10 DEG C within the temperature range of-50 DEG C to + 70 DEG C.
