Zusammenfassung: | The injection molding process comprises the following steps: stirring and mixing ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) resin, an antibacterial agent, an antioxidant, a foaming agent and a flexibilizer in a mixing machine at the rotating speed of 350 r/min for 5-8 minutes; taking out, transferring into a double-screw extruder, and extruding and granulating at 180 DEG C; putting the prepared granules into a hot air hopper dryer, drying, and controlling the moisture to be below 0.3%; pouring the dried particles into an injection molding machine, and heating to melt the particles; the molten raw materials are injected into a cavity of a mold, the medium injection speed is adopted, when the injection speed is too high, plastic is prone to scorching or gasified matter is separated out, and therefore the defects of welding seams, poor gloss, redness of the plastic near a pouring gate and the like appear on a workpiece are overcome; after the mold is filled with the molten raw materials, the molten raw materials are |
