The PD-L1 protein degradation agent comprises a compound or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of the compound, wherein the structure of the compound is shown as a formula (I) or a formula (II), wherein R1 is-OCH2; r2 is a linker; and R3 is a hydrophobic group. The micromolecule degradation agent which is designed and synthesized on the basis of the HyT technology and has a good targeted degradation effect on PD-L1 protein provides a potential treatment means for treating tumors through PD-1/PD-L1 immune checkpoints.
