According to the method, adaptive extraction of performance degradation characteristics of wax mould casting heat treatment equipment is realized, space mapping is carried out on extracted integrated characteristics according to characteristic evaluation indexes, and optimal class characteristic extraction is carried out in a characteristic space by adopting a K-means algorithm; training the health characteristics of the wax mould casting heat treatment equipment by adopting a self-organizing mapping network unsupervised training mode, and evaluating the health state of the wax mould casting heat treatment equipment by taking the minimum quantization error as output; and finally, verifying by using the twin data set and the actually measured data set of the wax mold casting |
