The invention relates to the technical field of power systems, in particular to an energy storage and electricity price optimal configuration method based on a photovoltaic industrial park and related equipment, and the method comprises the steps: constructing an equipment model of a power grid energy storage part of the photovoltaic industrial park; acquiring a plurality of power grid energy storage parameters of the power grid energy storage system in the photovoltaic industrial park; constructing a power grid energy storage time-of-use electricity price optimization model based on a plurality of power grid energy storage parameters by taking maximization of a new energy on-site consumption rate as a target; creating an optimal operation constraint condition based on the power grid energy storage time-of-use electricity price optimization model; and on the basis of the optimal operation constraint condition, a power grid energy storage time-of-use electricity price optimization model is calculated through a
