Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a passenger seat distribution method and device. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring flight information, passenger information of each passenger and passenger leg information; dividing each passenger into a common passenger group and a special passenger group according to the passenger information; setting grouping priorities corresponding to the special passenger groups, and executing a seat allocation process corresponding to the special passenger groups based on the grouping priorities; the seat distribution process comprises the following steps: acquiring a seat map based on passenger leg information and flight information; determining a riding demand of a special passenger; dividing each seat area in the seat map; based on the number of passengers corresponding to the special passenger group, screening out a target seat area, and distributing passengers in the special passenger group to each seat in the target seat area; and after seat distribution of all the specia
