Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of separation and extraction of lysozyme, and particularly relates to a method for extracting lysozyme from eggs by using ionic liquid. Comprising the following steps: (1) filtering egg white, and uniformly mixing the obtained filtrate with water to obtain an egg white solution; (2) adjusting the pH value of the egg white solution to 4.5, and heating in a water bath; (3) centrifuging the reaction liquid obtained in the step (2), collecting the obtained supernatant, and freeze-drying to obtain egg white powder; (4) dissolving the egg white powder in an ionic liquid aqueous solution, and centrifuging to remove insoluble substances; and (5) crystallizing the liquid obtained after the insoluble substances are removed in the step (4) in the presence of a precipitator and a buffer solution by adopting a hanging drop method to obtain crystals, namely the lysozyme.
