Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the field of microbial metabolism engineering, and relates to a method for producing 2 '-fucosyllactose by two different ways by taking a food-grade safe strain lactococcus lactis as a research object. According to the invention, the purpose of synthesizing the 2 '-FL is realized in the lactococcus lactis by utilizing the de novo synthesis way and the remedial way respectively, and the feasibility of producing the 2'-FL by utilizing the lactococcus lactis is proved. Besides, the heme is added into the fermentation culture medium, so that the yield of the 2 '-FL is further increased, and after 48 hours of fermentation, the yield of the 2'-FL can reach 0.66 g/L through a de novo synthesis route. 本发明属于微生物代谢工程领域,涉及一种以食品级安全菌株乳酸乳球菌为研究对象,利用两种不同途径生产2′-岩藻糖基乳糖的方法。本发明分别在乳酸乳球菌中利用从头合成途径和补救途径实现了合成2′-FL的目的,证实了利用乳酸乳球菌生产2′-FL的可行性。另外,本发明通过在发酵培养基中添加血红素,进一步增加了2'-FL的产量,经过48h发酵后,通过从头合成途径,2′-FL的产量可达0.66g/L。
