The system comprises a raw material bin; the two weighing bins are connected with the raw material bin through the two first cut-off valves respectively, and the two weighing bins are connected with the raw material bin through the two first cut-off valves respectively; the conveying pump is configured to drive materials in the raw material bin to enter the weighing bin; the device comprises two weighing stock bins, two buffer stock bins, two second stop valves and two first pneumatic sealing valves, the two buffer stock bins are connected with the two weighing stock bins through the two first pneumatic sealing valves and the two second stop valves in sequence respectively, and the two buffer stock bins are located below the two weighing stock bins respectively; the device comprises two temporary storage bins, a U-shaped valve and two second pneumatic sealing valves, the two temporary storage bins are connected with the U-shaped valve throug
