Zusammenfassung: | A manufacturing method of an imitated blood vessel for OCT (optical coherence tomography) detection is characterized by comprising the following steps: firstly, performing 3D printing of paraffin according to a blood vessel map captured by actual radiography, and printing a required paraffin model; secondly, the manufactured paraffin model is coated with a layer of material with the thickness equivalent to that of the endovascular intima and the light penetrability similar to that of the endovascular intima tissue; thirdly, after coating and curing are completed, the surface of a curing layer is coated with a layer of material with the thickness consistent with that of the intima of the blood vessel and the light penetrability consistent with that of the intima of the blood vessel; the light penetrability of the intima-media under OCT is different from that of the intima-media under OCT, so that the polyimide (PI) coating is selected for coating.
