Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to preparation and application of a 3D bionic implant carrying Rhodotorula glutinis genetically engineered cells. A linear drug production implant (with the diameter of 3-5 mm and the length of 5-10 mm) of a porous membrane structure is constructed, the outer layer is a nano-pore membrane, living cells are loaded in the nano-pore membrane, nutrient substances in blood vessels are simulated to diffuse to tissues, and drug production and release are efficient for a long time. The method comprises the following steps of: introducing a seec1 gene to produce exosomes at high yield, transferring a vMIP expression plasmid to produce recombinant protein/peptide/nucleic acid, and releasing liposome-drug molecules in the form of exosomes under an oxygen-deficient condition, liposome-drug molecules continuously secreted by the implant in a human body are diffused to tissues through the nanoporous membrane and slowly released into blood, and meanwhile, the drug is protected from enzymolysis and immu |
