Flame-retardant rubber composition and outer windshield for railway vehicle

A flame-retardant rubber composition containing the following components (A) to (E); and an outer windshield for railway vehicles, which is formed from a crosslinked product of the flame-retardant rubber composition. This results in excellent rubber physical properties such as tensile strength and elongation at break, and excellent flame retardancy. (A) at least one selected from the group consisting of diene rubbers, olefin rubbers, urethane rubbers, and silicone rubbers, excluding the following (B); (B) an acid-modified polyolefin; (C) a metal hydroxide; (D) a phosphinic acid metal salt; and (E) a crosslinking agent of component (A). 含有下述(A)～(E)成分的阻燃性橡胶组合物、以及由上述阻燃性橡胶组合物的交联体形成的铁道车辆用外风挡。由此，使得拉伸强度、断裂伸长率等橡胶物性优异，并且阻燃性优异。(A)除了下述(B)以外的、选自由二烯系橡胶、烯烃系橡胶、氨基甲酸酯橡胶以及硅橡胶组成的群组中的至少一种；(B)酸改性聚烯烃；(C)金属氢氧化物；(D)次膦酸金属盐；(E)(A)成分的交联剂。
