The method comprises the following steps: firstly, shooting by using camera equipment, and obtaining a two-dimensional phase wrapping image of defect information of a detected object containing M * N pixel points by using a corresponding image processing method; secondly, setting a horizontal direction x and a vertical direction y according to the two-dimensional package image; and according to a result obtained by comparing the gradient value of the two-dimensional wrapped phase with the standard deviation of the phase gradient in the row and column directions, selecting whether to correct the original phase gradient value by using the weighted moving average value of the phase gradient in the row and column directions.
