The product RAMS index analysis method comprises the steps of obtaining evaluation item points of RAMS indexes of a product and structure information of the product; performing first mapping on the evaluation item points and the structure category information of the product to obtain a first mapping relation between the product and the evaluation item points, and obtaining an RAMS index calculation model of the product based on the first mapping relation and the structure connection information of the product; and performing second mapping on the design parameters of the product and the evaluation item points to obtain a second mapping relationship between the design parameters of the product and the evaluation item points, determining a target evaluation item point corresponding to the design parameters based on the second mapping relationship, and obtaining a demand weight of the target evaluation item point based on the RAMS index c
