Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an environmental economic power generation scheduling solving method based on a culture algorithm improved multi-target particle swarm, and the method comprises the steps: firstly building two target functions which take at least fuel cost and pollution gas emission as two target functions, taking a power balance constraint as an equality constraint condition, and taking a unit power generation capacity constraint as an inequality constraint condition; establishing a scheduling model according to selection of an objective function and constraints; in the algorithm iteration open initial stage, a dynamic mutation operator is introduced to enhance the accuracy of the algorithm, then a multi-target particle swarm optimization algorithm is improved by using a culture algorithm, the improved multi-target particle swarm optimization algorithm is applied to environmental economic dispatching of a power system, and meanwhile, an individual optimal solution is solved according to a Pareto domin |
