Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a UPLC-Q-TOF-MS (Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography-Quadrature-Time of Flight Mass Spectrometry) method for determining multiple components in persimmon calyx, which comprises the following steps: (1) taking persimmon calyx formula granules, grinding, precisely weighing, mixing with a solvent, and weighing; (2) carrying out ultrasonic crushing on the obtained persimmon calyx, cooling, weighing, and complementing the lost weight by using the solvent; (3) uniformly shaking, centrifuging and filtering the persimmon calyx solution subjected to ultrasonic treatment, and taking a subsequent filtrate to obtain a sample to be detected; (4) separating the sample to be detected by using ultra-high performance liquid chromatography, and detecting by using mass spectrometry to obtain component substance peaks; and (5) qualitative analysis.
