The on-site testing device comprises a detachable test mold, a strain sensor, data acquisition equipment and a smooth bottom plate. During pavement construction, a test piece is manufactured on the surface of an on-site base layer, a contrast smooth bottom surface test piece is arranged, a strain sensor is used for monitoring strain change of the test piece under temperature change, a strain and temperature time-varying curve and a strain-temperature fitting relation graph on the tth day of the age are drawn, and the quality and the cross sectional area of the test piece are measured.
