The composite high-heat-reflection asphalt pavement surface structure comprises a large-gap asphalt mixture, a reflection heat resistance layer and a high-heat-reflection layer, wherein the reflection heat resistance layer is poured into the large-gap asphalt mixture; the high-heat-reflection layer is poured into the large-gap asphalt mixture and is positioned above the reflection heat resistance layer; during construction, the large-gap asphalt concrete is firstly paved, the reflective heat resistance layer material is poured to form the reflective heat resistance layer, and the high-heat reflection layer material is poured to form the high-heat reflection layer.
