The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing maleic anhydride with iso-tridecanol, adding p-toluenesulfonic acid, and reacting to obtain maleic anhydride diester; and mixing the maleic anhydride diester with a sodium pyrosulfite solution, adding a phase transfer agent, and carrying out a heating reaction to obtain the light and light-resistant fatting agent.
