The device comprises a short clamping plate, a long clamping plate, a fixed bracket, a digital inclinometer, a bracket bolt, a clamping plate bolt, a protective felt pad, a pressing shaft sleeve and a rotating bolt. According to the device, the digital display clinometer is installed on the long rod type part of the airplane through the tool, the deflection angle of the long rod type part can be digitally displayed in real time, and the sensitivity is high; and a relative zero position and manual zero setting can be set according to actual work debugging requirements, and the deflection angle of putting down and swinging of the long rod type part can be measured without repeatedly disassembling and assembling the equipment.
