Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of biology, in particular to an effect of astrocyte GPR30 in regulation and control of learning and memory, reveals that a GPR30 agonist G1 can improve castrated mice to simulate learning and memory impairment of female climacteric, and knockout or re-expression of astrocyte GPR30, PJA1 and Serpina3n molecules in a hippocampal CA1 brain region by utilizing gene modification and adeno-associated viruses, so that the astrocyte GPR30, PJA1 and Serpina3n molecules in the hippocampal CA1 brain region are obtained. And methods such as pharmacology, molecular biology, behavioristics, Golgi staining, electrophysiology, calcium signal recording and the like are adopted to clarify a molecular mechanism that the astrocyte GPR30 participates in learning and memory by regulating synaptic plasticity, so that a treatment target and a theoretical basis are provided for improving the climacteric cognitive impairment.
