A feeding port of the feeding mechanism is formed in the front end of the double-layer roller structure, and the negative pressure mechanism is arranged on the periphery of the double-layer roller structure. Tobacco leaves enter the space between the double-layer roller structure and the negative pressure mechanism through the feeding mechanism, enter the double-layer roller structure to be screened and classified after being fully dispersed under the action of the negative pressure mechanism, and are separated into tobacco leaves, fragments and powder according to the structure size of the tobacco leaves.
