Transceiver device

The present disclosure relates to a transceiver device for communicating between a network protocol controller and a network bus, the transceiver device comprising: transceiver circuitry configured to transmit and receive data over the network bus using a first physical layer protocol; and monitoring circuitry configured to determine a measured characteristic of the network bus, where the transceiver device is configured to: determine whether the measured characteristic is indicative of an error condition; and in response to determining the error condition, reconfiguring the transceiver circuitry to transmit and receive data over the network bus using a second physical layer protocol. 本公开涉及一种用于在网络协议控制器与网络总线之间通信的收发器装置，所述收发器装置包括：收发器电路系统，其被配置成使用第一物理层协议在所述网络总线上传输和接收数据；以及监测电路系统，其被配置成确定所述网络总线的测量特性，其中所述收发器装置被配置成：确定所述测量特性是否指示错误状况；并且响应于确定所述错误状况，重新配置所述收发器电路系统以使用第二物理层协议在所述网络总线上传输和接收数据。
