Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an intelligent manufacturing system reconstruction method based on man-machine collaborative operation balance, and the method comprises the steps: building a multi-target model, fully considering the production cost, maximum completion time and collaborative operation task load balance of man-machine parties, and carrying out the optimization through employing an NSGA II algorithm, and a collaborative task allocation scheme with the lowest cost, the shortest maximum completion time and the most balanced man-machine collaborative operation is obtained. According to the method, the calculation complexity and the calculation amount of a man-machine collaborative operation allocation scheme can be effectively reduced, and the reconstruction efficiency is improved. 一种基于人机协同作业平衡的智能制造系统重构方法,通过建立多目标模型,充分考虑了人机双方的生产成本、最大完工时间以及协同作业任务量的平衡性,进而利用NSGAⅡ算法进行寻优,获取成本最低、最大完工时间最短、人机协同作业最平衡的协同任务分配方案。该方法能够有效减少人机协同作业分配方案的计算复杂度和计算量,提高重构效率。
