The method comprises the following steps: grading units in an area to be subjected to safety evaluation through an index system model; performing risk identification on each level of index under each unit according to a risk identification method to obtain a risk level, performing assignment on the obtained risk level according to a preset risk matrix definition, and dividing risk values of corresponding levels; calculating the weight of each level of index under each unit according to an analytic hierarchy process, calculating the risk membership degree of each risk level, and constructing an ambiguity evaluation matrix according to the risk membership degree; and according to the ambiguity evaluation matrix, performing fuzzy evaluation on each level of index under each unit, determining a comment set according to a preset risk matrix definition, and outputting a safety evaluation resu |
