Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a light-aging-resistant TPU film and a preparation method thereof, the light-aging-resistant TPU film comprises a TPU film substrate and a layer of TOAEPF-MOF film prepared on the surface of the TPU film substrate by adopting a vacuum coating method, and the light-aging resistance of the TPU film is further improved. A porphyrin ring organic ligand and silver are synthesized into metal organic frameworks (MOFs), the MOFs and acidic polysaccharide are self-assembled into a TOAEPF-MOF assembly, and the TOAEPF-MOF assembly serves as an illite intercalator, so that the flexibility of the acidic polysaccharide, namely the elasticity of a plating layer, and the rigidity of the MOFs, namely the strength of the plating layer can be shown. Therefore, the strength and the elasticity of the coating on the TPU film are also remarkably improved. The MOF has good ultraviolet shielding capability, and the TOAEPF and the MOF are self-assembled, so that the MOF and the TOAEPF are uniformly distributed
