The double sand dams are arranged on the blast furnace, so that the damaged sand dam can be replaced without damping down; by increasing the filtering interval for slag to pass through the skimmer, adjusting the channel height of the skimmer, reducing the bottom layer height of the skimmer during pouring, increasing the fall between the front part and the rear part of the main runner and reducing the height of the iron storage liquid level of the main runner, the molten iron can safely and smoothly pass through the skimmer, the molten iron recharge is eliminated, and the serious erosion phenomenon is reduced; and the potential safety hazard of iron notch burning is avoided.
